I was highly disappointed with the noisy AC fan that kept me awake most of the night. The thin mattress protector made sleeping unbearable, leaving me sweaty and uncomfortable. The lack of a proper resolution for my discomfort and the fact that I was not refunded for my early departure just added to my frustration.
